Understand the product terms you will see in Qevric

Use this glossary to translate Qevric terms into the business questions they answer during setup, billing, and member review.

Glossary

A starter set of terms that matter during a trial

These are the words most likely to appear while you set up offers, review billing, and decide whether a member record needs attention.

Plan

The offer a business sells, such as a membership, package, recurring access rule, or service-based price.

Subscription

The live connection between one member and the plan or offer they are currently on.

Subscription needing follow-up

A subscription that should be reviewed because of renewal timing, unpaid billing, failed collection, cancellation, freeze, or access questions.

Invoice

A billing record that shows what was charged, when it is due, what is outstanding, and whether staff need to act.

Payment

A payment record that shows whether money was recorded, failed, refunded, or still needs review.

Storefront

The public online area where visitors can view offers, send interest, or start an enrollment flow when enabled.

Member portal

The member-facing self-service area distinct from the public marketing website.

Visit

A check-in or attendance record that helps staff review member activity with the member and billing record.

Session

A tracked use from a session package or session-based plan, so staff can see how many uses remain.

Access rules

Rules, sometimes called entitlements, that decide what a member can use based on their plan, subscription, and current billing status.

How to use the terms

Use the glossary to understand how the pieces fit, not memorize labels

The terms matter because they explain which records answer billing, access, and follow-up questions.

Revenue structure

Plan to subscription

A plan defines the offer. A subscription shows the active recurring relationship between a member and that offer.

Billing state

Invoice to payment

Invoices and payments show what has happened financially, what is outstanding, and what needs action.

Daily work

Access, visits, and sessions

Access rules and usage records are easier to trust when staff can review them with the member's subscription and billing status.
